Navigating serious health conditions is not just physically taxing—it’s emotionally taxing as well. Social support is actually a key indicator in some cases of patient outcomes. But it can be difficult and daunting to coordinate caregivers and keep everyone in sync through those trying times.
I designed & animated this piece to demonstrate how the smart digital platform that Code & Theory created can help to support patients and caregivers during the emotional journey of a serious medical condition.
